High transparency EVA/PVB interlayer film machine
EVA and PVB resins are usually used together with additives to make glass interlayer film.
The interlayer film has strong adhesiveness to inorganic glass. Therefore, it is used for making colorful laminated safety glasses, art glasses and decoration glasses
EVA/PVB glass interlayer films,treated with high temperature and high pressure,obtain similar reflectivity as glass which mean effective light transmission. In the meantime,the films can filter out *9% of harmful ultraviolet rays in natural light. Because EVA/PVB films have strong adhesive force to glasses, when the laminated glasses is damaged by accident or by intention,the film keeps integrity and withstands penetration from impact.
