Features

CRIMM series high-gradient magnetic separators adopts advanced technologies including high performance shielded magnet technology; advanced stainless, magnetism gathering steel wool material; solid, liquid, air phase flowing film separation technology; low voltage, high current rectifier technology; PLC electric control technology; slurry flow, temperature & voltage testing technology, etc.

The complete set consists of five units, including magnetic separating machine (main unit), coil cooling system, rectifier power supply, pneumatic control system and overall electromechanical control system.

The magnetic field intensity is 2.2T, which is adjustable and magnetic gradient is also high.

PLC is used for the automatic control of all production process, enabling any adjustment in the process flow.

Application

1  Reduction of weakly magnetic particles (Fe­2O3,TiO2) in ceramic clays (kaolinite, bauxite, etc);

2     Reduction of Fe2O3 in glass sands, feldspar, barite;

4  Purification of coal;

5  Phosphorite upgrading;

6  Concentration of rare earths and beach sands;

7  Purifying the wearing and corrosive particles in lubricant for recycle;

8  Filtration of the stoste in chemical, instrument and petroleum industry;recycling and purifying the catalyzer;

9  Filtration of the cooling water and supply water in nuclear and thermal power plants;

Hancheng Kaolinte Factory in Shanxi province.In the kaolinite Fe2O3 takes up 0.*5%, after the use of CRIMM separators, the Fe2O3 in concentrates takes up 0.*4%, yield rate reaches *9%.
