HINO K*3C Turbo *4V **0Hp Dedicated CNG/LNG Repowering Engine for Truck Bus and Boat

Feature :

-          This repowering engine can be used on any trailer truck, big bus and boat which use dedicated CNG / LNG fuel, and ready to run.

-         Using former diesel Hino used engine to modify the combustion ratio and put in the new engine management system which controlled by appropriated software in the ECU, made the engine to use the dedicated CNG / LNG (Compressed Natural Gas / Liquarized Natural Gas) as the fuel instead of diesel .

-         Former used diesel engine  is HINO K*3C Turbo *4V **0 Hp.6 cylinders inline ****0cc.displacement

-         The engine has been completely rebuilt during the process of modifying the combustion ratio to be good operating conditions for CNG / LNG environment. Notice that the user has to specify the kind of Gas when ordering.

-         The engine management system for CNG / LNG using the world class standard components for CNG / LNG industry. Be sure that there are manufacturing approval certificates of such various components such as the pressure reducer, high pressure solenoid, Gas tube and pipe, pressure rubber host , the filling valve and so on.

-         The engine management is controlled by proprietary software controlled ECU with timing advance feature to be tuned for various applications. The tuning process during installation is simple and opened for everyone via the installation program interface which is user-friendly on general window operating system .

-         The engine management and CNG / LNG control Kit is composed of

-ATD-ECU and software controlled program for engine management software and CNG control program with harness and sensors

-ORYSA CNG pressure reducer 2 units from Argentina or IMCO LNG pressure reducer

-OMB pressure solenoid and AEB pressure guage

-AEB CNG filling valve and CNG pipe and rubber host

-AEB Map-sensor

-Modified Air intake manifold chamber for air-CNG

-Gas Mixer and engine throttle

-Bosch software controlled actuator

**4V Ignition coil 6 units and spark plug set

-Water-proof sleeve and caps set for ignition plugs

-Installation software interface with tuning cable to notebook
