Before using 1． Open the machine, add some air pump oil and gear box oil (don’t mix up two kind of oil), and move the binding machine to dry and ventilative place to operate the machine. Operation The Fire hose binding machine, is very easy to operate, Firstly move the binding machine to dry and ventilative place, and connect the machine with with **0V power (alternating current). Then turn on the machine and begin to work. (1). Roll the iron wire to the iron wire wheel. . Install the iron wire wheel to the iron wire rolling mechanism, and screw up the ***** . One end of the iron wire go through small roller wheel, then hook on to a hole of the iron wire wheel. . Step on the foot switch, and roll the iron wire on to the iron wire wheel. (2) Bind the 2.5″ fire coupling . Install the iron wire wheel on to the wheel shaft. . Adjust the hand wheel, until the tension of the iron wire is suitable for binding. . Install the 2.5″rubber locker and its locking plate, screw up the ***** . Put the fire hose and coupling on to the center shaft, turn on the coupling locking switch (Pneumatic cylinder switch), to lock the coupling on the center shaft. . Pull out the iron wire from the iron wire wheel, the iron wire go around from the guiding wheel clockwise, and bind one round on the fire hose by hand (the first round of binding wire has to press on the end part of the iron wire), and also bind the end of the iron wire on the hook to fasten the iron wire . Step on the foot switch, and binding, then step off the foot switch after binding on the coupling for certain circles. . Pull the guiding wheel to the left, so as to make the iron wire jump to another binding position, then adjust the guiding wheel to the right position and binding again. . Repeat the above two step to bind the third position. . Turn off the coupling locking switch, and take off the binded hose coupling, and fasten the two iron wire ends. . Repeat the above 9 steps to bind the other end of hose coupling. (3) Bind 2″and 3″fire hose coupling. . Take off the 2.5″ rubber locker, and change the 2″ or 3″ rubber locker for binding the 2″ or 3″ coupling. . Repeat the same steps as binding the 2.5″ coupling.
