Our company is specialized in manufacturing hot rolled grinding balls according to Forged (Rolled) Steel Balls Ferrous Metallurgy Industry Standard (YBT *******5). *2 different sizes of balls with diameters ranging from *0mm to **0mm are available. The product has following advantages: wear-resistant, permanent in shape, cracking-proof, which can be widely used in large scale mine, power plant, cement plant and the other industry. Our customers both at home and abroad appreciate our FEIFAN balls. The major advantage of precision ball rolling, compared with traditional forging methods, is the uninterrupted grain flow. Grinding balls and cylbeds are rolled from selected carbon and alloy steels produced to FEIFAN precise specification. A special feature of the FEIFAN manufacturing process is the advanced quench facility, giving uniform surface hardness and controlled cross-sectional hardness essential for very even wear. Detailed properties are as follows: 1. High whole hardness: the surface hardness could be HRC ****5, the average volumetric hardness could be HRC ****3, and the hardness gradient is uniform. 2. High notched bar impact strength: it is more than *7J/cm2 3. Low breakage rate: Properties for peel &breakage resistant are more than *0 times than traditional steel ball. There is almost no breakage when ball impact more than **0, **0 times. Actual breakage rate is less than 1%. 4. Permanent in shape: our balls won’t be out of circularity from start until finish.
