1. Usage

Hot Sale Charcoal Machine can take sawdust, wood, rice husk, coconut shell & other woody material into briquette, which can be used in boiler, heating & warming.  After carbonization, the briquette will become charcoal, used in BBQ.

2. Production process

 1. Crushing the raw materials into size no bigger than 5mm.

     (wood, wood branch, coconut shell, peanut shell, rice husk, sunflower husk).

 2. Dry the crushed materials to ***2%.

 3. Pressing raw materials into briquette by putting the dried materials into briquette machine.

 4. Put sawdust briquettes into the Carbonization Stove to change the sawdust briquettes into charcoal briquettes (final   products,  this step is for optional, if you do not need charcoal, no need to use this machine)

 5. The shape of briquette can be round, square, hexagonal. 

3.   Hot Sale Charcoal Machine briquetting principle

Briquetting is a process that materials are compressed under high pressure and high temperature.

 The self bonding of  materials to form a briquette involves the thermo-plastic flow of the materials . The lignin content that occurs naturally in  materials is liberated under high pressure and temperature. Lignin serves as the glue in the briquetting process, thus binding, compressing the  materials to form into high density briquettes. 

 During this process, no binder needs to be used. So the output briquette is a type of clean and green fuel that is ideal for use in furnaces, boilers and open fires. The density of the briquettes is *******0kg/m.
