Manual
1. Insert cables through the line conductor area and make sure the wire is sitting in the middle of hobbling cutter.
2. Adjust the height of cutting blade to proper position: cutting through top half rubber/plastic part of the cables, but not reach the metal part
3. Adjust the line conductor to give certain pressure on the cable on the purpose of simulatingguidance wire intake to avoiding cable sliding off blade when the machine is turned on.
4. Press ON of operation switch to turn on the machine.
5. Applied certain human pulling force to the cable to keep cables go straight under the cutting blade.
6. Continue above working and please keep safety distance from your hands to the cutting blade.
Notice: don't your hands into the machine in any circumstance.
