1.HP series hydraulic cone crusher adopts insurance cylinder and locking cylinder hydraulic secure system. The insurance cylinder can prevent stuck which caused by over-size or tough materials. When stuck happens, the insurance cylinder will generate hydraulic forces to push up the supporting plate and fixed cone plate automatically to empty the crushing chamber. This automatically exhaust system can greatly reduce the downtime and artificial troubleshooting.
2. The machinery adopts grease sealing; also utilize labyrinth seals to prevent the water & oil miscible problem Fundamentally. This design minimized the stuck rate of water supply and water exhaust system.
3.HP series hydraulic cone crusher adopts two unique working principle. First the eccentric sleeve is rotating around a fixed axis, this design enhances the strength of the spindle and create premise to achieve high power crushing.
