    HQT Anti-Corrosion wear-resisting Repair Mastic

Uses:

Can be used in anti-impact abrasion\ anti-gas etching\ anti-freeze & thawing of the flow surface of hydraulic concrete construction, and also repairing structural members after damage.

Can be used to strengthen and repair and concrete and its defects.

Instructions:

1st surface preparation:

{C}l {C}Concrete must be structurally sound and must not contain any accelerators or curing compounds.

{C}l {C}Remove all oil, grease, chemicals or other contaminants.

{C}l {C}Remove all surface laitance and expose sound concrete. Abrasive blasting is preferred. However, other methods, such as acid etching and neutralizing, may be used.

{C}l {C}Handle all expansion joints, control joints, floor drains, equipment base plates and mid-floor termination points according to construction details.

2nd  Mixing:

{C}l {C}Check the package, specification, type, and manufacture date and make sure the product is still within the warranty period.

{C}l {C}Open the package, make sure no breakage\exposure to moisture\ agglomeration with Part A\Part B\ Part C, Proportion of Part A:Part B: Part C =1:3:*6.

{C}l {C}Mix Part A: Part B=1:3 evenly, and then add Part C slowly during mixing and then mix evenly.

3rd Construction

{C}l {C}Following the construction requirements, spread the mixed material on that part which needs to be repaired with a spatula, compacting and smoothing at the same time. Can be used after **7 days.

{C}l {C}Reference Dosage: ***0kg/m³.

Package& Storage:

*0±0.5 kg/ barrel,6 months from manufacture date stored in dry and cool place, waterproof\moisture proof, with original package un-opened.
