Hydraulic Anchor, Full-bore Compensating Pipe, Mechanical Releasing Tool, Differential Pressure Releasing Tool

Hydraulic Anchor
Usage: It is used as a down-hole string tool anchor, to prevent axial movement of the down-hole tools, for oil layer hydraulic fracture, increasing water in a water well, hydraulic jetting sand, cutting or jetting sand perforation, etc.
Structure features: Inject high pressure liquid through tubing, then the anchor finger compresses the spring under hydraulic pressure toward casing surface and clamps on it, to overcome axial push during operation, and fix down-hole string tools.

Full-bore Compensating Pipe
Usage: Full-bore compensating pipe is a crucial accessory of down-hole string tools. Used as a compensating system for string tools length changes cause of internal & external pressure or temperature changes, it could prevent danger caused of axial power changing.
Used with mechanical or hydraulic packer, widely used in fracturing, acidification or other increasing production operations, for water injection and gas injection as well.
Structure features: Full bore compensating pipe is always connected on the top of the packer. When down-hole production (operation) string tools pull back because of temperature or pressure changing, the string end anchored by the packer or hydraulic anchor, the tubing string power exerted on the compensating pipe. When the power is higher than cutting power, the shear pin is cut, the expanding mandrel moves longer than the seal sleeve, which could compensate the string tools and achieve the compensating function.

Mechanical Releasing Tool
Structure features: When the packer or the bridge plug is run to determined section and setting well, pull up the tubing string to cut the shear pin, disconnecting the upper tubing string of the packer or the bridge plug, to achieve releasing.

Differential Pressure Releasing Tool
Structure features: When the packer or the bridge plug is run to the determined section and setting well, pressurize the tubing string, forcing the cylinder to move downward as to cut the shear pin, removing the control of head finger below top coupling. Pull up the tubing string to disconnect the top of the tool, to achieve releasing.
