The CPYQ single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is widely used in secondary, tertiary, and quaternary crushing of various stones and rocks with medium and high hardness. It is well designed with a simple structure, compact appearance, high crushing capability and easy to operate and maintain. The crafting process can be controlled automatically through the hydraulic device by adjusting the discharge opening size and overload protection. Main shaft is supported from both the top and bottom, among which, the top provides spherical support, which can endure bigger crushing force and stroke.

. Features of CPYQ Cone Crusher

1. Diverse crushing cavities are easily replaceable. Extra-coarse, coarse and medium type crushers  are equipped with a feed hopper which has material level detection function; while fine type is equipped with a material distributor.

2. The displacement sensor can quickly, and accurately detect and set up the size of the discharge opening.

3. Accumulator and throttle valve can cooperate with hydraulic cylinder, automatically discharge iron to protect the main engine when iron and other materials that can't be crushed enter into the crushing chamber.

4. The concave and mantle of the cone crusher adopt filler-free method; it is easy to fasten and replace, thereby reducing the downtime.

5. The spiral bevel gear has a bigger driving torque. Operates smoothly with low noise.

6. The dust-seal air lines ensure that interior remains clean, thereby making all pieces of copper friction pair to have a longer life span.

7. The upper main shaft joints with upper frame by oscillating bearing. Spindle moves more flexible and has a longer life span.
 

8. The lubrication station has a variety of flexible cooling ways, and has wide application in different regions.
