The INTESO S***0 machine is used for deformation-free punching of variable cross-sections of tubes to the maximum length of ***0 mm. It facilitates deformation-free punching of tube and is even able to operate with tubes of lower quality with bigger production tolerances. It is possible to use this machine for punching with regular and also irregular pitch holes. The expanding adapter and the profile centring mechanism effectively eliminate deformation of tubes. It is possible to exchange some parts of tooling quickly and comfortably if it is necessary to change size and shape of hole or tubes or pitch holes. This versatile machine was designed for simple adjustment and big variability. Furthermore, this device also enables open profiles punching. This model is suitable for both the medium and large-lot production.
