Product Description

ZJ-YAA series are general purpose, double shut off, quick disconnects that can be used in a wide spectrum of applications. They have poppet valves and manual sleeves. The manual ball locking mechanism requires two-handed operation to retract the sleeve for connection or disconnection. Coupling bodies are steel with zinc and clear trivalent chromate plating (hexachromium free). The coupler sleeve and nipple body are hardened to resist damage from Brinelling and mechanical shock. Available in body sizes 1/4" through 1" with pipe thread (NPTF) and straight thread (ORB) as standard end configurations.

ZJ-YAA Series Couplings comply with industry standard ISO *****1, Series A.

Features:

1. ZJ-YAA Series couplings feature: Poppet valves are available to prevent uncoupled leakage.

2. Poppet valves open automatically when coupled, within rated working pressure, to keep the flow expeditely.

3. Critical parts are hardened for durability.

4. Secured ball-locking mechanism holds the two matchable parts together.

5. Socket and plug are precision machined from solid bar stock.

6. ZJ-YAA Series comply with the standard of ISO*****1,SeriesA. Compatible with PARKER ***0 Series, FASTER ANV Series, AEROQUIP ***0 Series and HANSEN HA ****0 Series.

Application:
The ZJ-YAA Series widely apply for the industrial joint, such as construction equipment, forestry equipment, hydraulic tools, oil equipment, steel mill machinery, and other industry required hydraulic connection.
