hydraulic-controlled constant back tensioning machine built specially for even coiling/uncoiling
of wire rope. 
It has the following features:

Our spooler can offer a big constant tension when winding the wires to the winch.  The spooling machines are designed to produce up to **-tons 
(machine dependant) of constant back-tensioning during the spooling 
operations.  This back-tensioning is hydraulically controlled and can be 
consistently maintained throughout the spooling/coiling job.
