In general, there are five steps for equipment to produce concrete: loading, transport, weighing, mixing, and unloading.
Loading:
wheel loader loads the raw materials into the aggregate batching machine. After weighing, then transport to mixing system.
Water pump and additive pump pour the water and additive into weighing system, then enter mixing system.
Cement and fly ash will enter their own weighing system through a screw conveyor, then enter the concrete mixer machine.
Mixing:
After all above steps, three kinds of raw materials are in twin shaft concrete mixer, the core of stationary concrete batch plant for sale.
Unloading:
When the set mixing time is over, the finished products will be unloaded into a concrete transport truck and sent to the site. If you need an on-site concrete batching plant, you may dont need a concrete transit mixer.
