 GENERAL:

 IDO*****-FA FULL AUTOMATIC concrete paver and block making machinehas **0 **0 pcs wooden pallets per press/hour production capacity. the machine can press interlock pavers, blocks, curbstones, arcs etc. by changing the mould. Robot sequences the products by the help of wooden pallets one after the other. Sequencing system will automatically start up as soon as the product exitsfrom the machine. Robot movements will be directed from hydraulic and hydraulic piston. This is considered as an additional unit independent from the machine. By conveyance of the outgoing product one by one and stacking them upon each other, facility of carrying by fork lift and saving of work force are achieved. Heights of wooden pallets to be used with this unit must not be higher than heights of output products.

Movements on the system will be controlled by PLC automation system via sensors in automatic machines. Machine press number, unit of productions, problems on the machine can be seen on the PLC touch screen.
