Part 1: What is the working principle of induction
heating?
Based on Faraday's law of induction, our equipment aims to heat
workpiece by converting electric energy to magnetic energy when the
electric current passes through the induction coil.
Once the workpiece approaches magnetic energy, alternating current
will be produced, which makes steel atoms disorderly moving with
high speed.
Then heat energy is produced by the collision of steel
atoms.
