The carbide quantity and distribution direct influence the performance of the blow bars. If Cr7C3 type carbide disorder distribution, the micro hardness of the part is ********0 HV. However, if Cr7C3 directional distribution, the axial section micro hardness will reach more than ***0HV. After microalloyed, the micro hardness will be up ***0HV. This is also the main reason why directional solidification can improve the wear resistance of the high chromium cast iron.
