Advantages of high speed impregnation line

1. 485 and analog control make the whole line keeps a high control precision and convenient for maintenance.

2. We adopt the metering roll in first step impregnating with high precision, it can keep the straightness accuracy less than 3um. The glue tank can heat and cool down for keeping the glue in fixed temperature. The back penetration and the breathing institution can ensure the permeability and tension of paper without wrinkling.

3. Oven is suction-type, air intakes are four corners of chamber, then the air running as diagonal line. Unsymmetrical nozzles bring good effect of drying and increase the paper tension. The speed of line can reach to 30m/min when the length of oven is 30m and the paper is 80g request for 140% glue contention.

 4.We have two kinds of cutter, one is electric knife which is controlled by servo motor, it usually works under electric knife mode, precision range is in +2mm; another is rolling cutter which can work synchronously with paper under high speed mode, it makes the paper cutting more smoothly with higher precision and lower noise.
