Introduce：

Incoloy alloy 800, also known as UNS N08800, is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy with high strength and excellent resistance to oxidation and carburization at high temperatures. It has a high level of resistance to corrosion in many environments, including acids, alkalis, and seawater. Incoloy alloy 800 has a chemical composition of approximately 32% nickel, 21% chromium, and 46% iron, with small amounts of carbon, aluminum, and titanium. It has good mechanical properties and can be easily formed, machined, and welded.The alloy's excellent high-temperature strength and oxidation resistance make it suitable for use in heat-treating equipment such as baskets, trays, and fixtures.
