Q: Is there a lead/processing time?
A: Yes. Please allow **3 days for your order to be processed (Please note: this applies to in-stock items only).
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Shipping takes **6 days to the United States. (REMEMBER: Shipping is FREE!) Tracking number(s) will be send to you by email after the order has shipped.
Q: When I received my hair, it was shedding. Is this normal?
A: This is normal. However, after washing the hair one time, or brushing/combing it a few times, the shedding will stop. Some untied hair may be mixed in the weft during the manufacturing process. Simply wash or comb the hair and the shedding will take care of these stray hairs. Please wash your hair after you receive it to remove any stray hairs. Please wait until you follow these instructions before leaving feedback.
Q: Can the hair be reused?
A: Because the hair is on a weft, it can be reused as long as it is properly cared for.
Q: I washed my hair, and the water was black. Was the hair dyed? I thought it was virgin hair?
A: No, we do not dye the hair. However, we do use black hair oil to coat the hair; this oil will protect the hair during delivery. Once you wash the hair for the first time, this oil will make water look black. After this wash, the water will be clear. PLEASE NOTE: Some donors may dye their hair before selling it to us. Depending on how soon the hair was dyed before it was sold to us, it may lose color after a few shampoos. Please understand this does not mean the hair is not virgin hair. Q: Which hair type is the best?
A: No matter if it is virgin Indian, Malaysian, Brazilian, or Peruvian, all virgin hair is the best hair.
Q: What is difference for between the different types?
A: Malaysian virgin hair is darker and straighter. Brazilian and Peruvian virgin hair is similar in texture to virgin Indian hair, but is darker.
Q: What hair textures do you offer?
A: Currently, we offer the following:

Q: I see gray hairs in my bundle. Why is that?
A: Please understand because this is unprocessed virgin hair, it may have a few gray hairs per bundle.
Q: I received the hair and it has an unpleasant odor. Is it dirty? A: According Chinese customs and United States FDA regulations, all human hair needs to fumigate before shipping. Because of this, the hair will have a smell. This smell will disappear soon after washing. It is not chemical process smell.
