1. Indium ingot:  In *9.***9%

     Impurity PPM Max each (ICP-MS)

     Fe/Cu/Pb/Mg/Si/S 0.1 , Cd 0.**5, Sn 0.2

     Size:  about 0.5kg/ingot

     Packing: in composite aluminum bag , carton box outside.

It can be also produced according to customer’s requirements, especially on purity content.

We have two kinds of 7N indium available depends on different application by end-users.

a. 7N Indium 

Impurity PPM Max each (ICP-MS)  

Cu/Ag/Ti 0.**2 each, Mg/Ni/Cd/Fe/Si/Se 0.**5 each, Zn 0.*2, Pb 0.*1, Sn 1.0 

Size:  about 0.1kg/ingot 

Packing: in vacuumed composite aluminum bag.

Although the Tin is comparatively higher, it will not affect the downstream product if it is not used for InSb compound semiconductor.

      b.7N Indium 

         Impurity PPM max each (ICP-MS).

Cu/Ag/Ti 0.**2 each, Mg/Ni/Cd/Fe/Si/Se 0.**5 , Zn 0.*2, Pb 0.*1, Sn 0.1, As/Al/S 0.**1 

Size:  about 0.1kg round ingot, Diameter (***5mm) x Length *****0mm

Packing: in vacuumed composite aluminum bag.
