MATERIAL

HDPE     NYLON     PU 

HDPE bucket:Low cost, suitable for handling grains, foodstuffs, and other products without burrs and bulk density less than 1g/cm3. Materials over *0 degree Celsius is not suggested.

Nylon bucket:suitable for handling highly abrasive products. Extremely strong. They are unsurpassed in rough or severe service elevators. Materials over **0 degree Celsius is not suggested.

PU bucket: suitable for handling extremely abrasive material. They are excellent for extremely high throughput elevators.

 

TECHNICAL INFORMATION

1. Recommended minimum bucket spacing: width of the bucket projection B x 2.

2. Recommend using (Z-Y) **0% as usable capacity for engineering purpose.
