Rinser, Dryer, Cooler all in one machine

This Rinser,dryer and cooler all in one machine suits different shape of bottles,which include round, square, triangle, flat, eight angles, etc. This bottle wahsing machine is custom made to meet different requirements

Main configuration

1. Recycling water spray system

2. Clean water spray system (Option: UV sterilizer)

3. Bottom water blow system

4. Heating exchange system

5. Cold air filtration system (cleanliness **0 **0)

6. Exhaust system

How it works

Manual lay bottles onto bottle supporters, then the conveyor system transfers bottles into recycling water spray area to have high pressure water spray inside and outside twice, then clean water spray. Water in the bottles will be out due to gravity. Blowing system on the top the machine will get rid of water on bottom surface. Heating system produces high temperature air and blow into bottles, water will be evaporated instantly and blew out with air flow. The hot air will dry the bottle surface at the same time. The recycling air pipe pass the heating exchange system, bottles will be dried about **4 mins to let the whole bottle both inside and outside completely dry. After that, bottles will move onto clean air cool down process. Manul or auto load on to Filling machine conveyor belt after bottles are cooled down.
