Scraper Seals
The function of a scraper seal, also known as wiper seal or dust seal, is that of an axial seal, in creating a tight fit whilst still allowing a reciprocating ram rod to pass through the inner bore of the seal.
Scarper seals are used for the external side of the cylinder head, to prevent dust, debris and moisture entering the gland housing of sealing system and damaging the pressure seals of a fluid system as reciprocating or rotating parts move, with expensive or even dangerous results.
Any foreign body that enters the hydraulic wiper seals housing can damage the rod, the cylinder and even cause damage to the other seals that operate within the system. So the correct materials is chosen is important. For this reason, we supply a range of dynamic seal products that utilize an interference fit on the rod to provide an accurate closure and thus a reliable seal to protect against the penetration of dirt and dust.

Lip Seals
Lip seals, also known as radial shaft seals, are used on seal joins between rotating and stationary machine components in order to reducing friction and extending the life of machines and parts. Commonly including strut seals, hydraulic pump seals, axle seals, power steering seals, and valve stem seals.
Lips seals consist of cylindrical outers with sheet steels covering, or elastomers with the right interferences fit the seals statically against the shafts, and a sprung main sealing lip connecting the shaft.

Rod Seals
The rod seal is the most critical seal on any type of fluid power equipment. Leakage through the rod seal can reduce equipment performance, and also in extreme cases can cause environmental issues.
It maintains sealing contact sliding motion between the cylinder head and the piston rod. In addition, rod seals also provide a thin lubrication film on the piston rods, which lubricates themselves and the wiper seals, and lubricants can also preventing the surface of piston rod from being eroded.
If a less aggressive rod seal is paired with an aggressive wiper, the wiper can scrape off the microscopically thin film of oil that remains on the rod in microscopic surface imperfections during the return stroke, resulting in system leakage.
These include a unique profiled NBR energized polyurethane（PU） seal, and a specifically designed three element seal for the mining industry comprising of an O-ring energizer, PU shell and a polyacetal anti-extrusion ring.

PTFE Seals
