Through the years, thousands of brake and friction materials have been engineered, shaped, field tested, and produced. ZOON Industrial Sheets / Clutches / Brake Blocks friction material is made from organic mixture, (all dry mix formulations). These dry mix formulations are molded in deep cavity molded dies under great pressure and controlled heat. This process produces the highest quality friction material, fully cured molded slabs. Friction materials are rigid moulded and woven with and without wire reinforcement or metallic inclusions. It possesses high mechanical strength together with a medium co-efficient of friction and a low rate of wear. It is suitable for either dry or under oil-immersed conditions. They are available in flat sheet form. Gear tooth can be cut with normal gear cutting facilities.
