Pulse-jet filter



Brief introduction



Pulse-jet filter is one of the commonly known bag filter is the most efficient and cost effective dust collector in the world. It can achieve a collection efficiency of more than *9.9% for very fine particulates in the mining, chemical, smelting and thermal power environment.



Working principle



Dust-laden gases enter the baghouse and pass through fabric bags that act as filters. The bags can be of woven or felted cotton, synthetic, or glass-fiber material, etc. When the dust-laden gas enters the bags, the fine dust will be prevented and attached on the outside surface of the bag, the filtered gas exhausts through the air duct connected to the draught fan.

The dust on the bag will be blowed to the ash bucket by pre-set jet pulse of compressed air.
