Product Description

The Initial Production inspection is conducted at the very beginning of the production. During this phase, we check the production process set-up and inspect the 1st samples, this is to insure all the related quality requirements have been taken into consideration, the production process starts flawlessly, and all goods are manufactured under rigorous quality monitoring.

A thorough inspection is to be completed to the first run products, to ensure that any deviations are detected at early phase and corrections and improvements are made immediately.

A fully detailed inspection report with pictures and comments is sent to client within *4 hours after completing the inspection. And IntoQuality engineer will review with you the findings, and assist you in following the necessary corrective and preventive actions and make sure those are understood and implemented by the factory without and delay and deviation.
