Theory of Ink-Jet CTP Plates

Based on PS plates,the Ink-Jet CTP plates is coated with an additional transparent ink absorbent layer, and then Ink-Jet printers will print on the ink absorbent layer.The printing plates can be ready for printing after printing down, developing and washing. Compared with conventional PS plates, it eliminates the procedures of soft piece and make-up, as well as the related equipments.Meanwhile, it shortens the plate-making time and greatly reduces the cost for plate-making.
