Product Description

Forgings made from AISI ***5H or AISI ***5H Modified for stabilizers. Heat treated and machined as requirements from the customer. Can be with or without spirals, with or without thread, with or without hardfacing.

The connections can be API/NS/DS standard,which has stree relif grooves and are cold rolled. the flank of thread is phosphatized or plated copper, coated with thread dope and equipped with thread protectors.

It is mainly the spiral blades which rub against the borehole wall. the working surface of the blades is hard faced. it is preferred operation that tungsten carbide inserts are cold inserts into the working surface of blades including its bevels.

2.Integral Mandrel Sleeve Stabilizer
Changeable sleeve stabilizer has the same functions as whole sleeve stabilizer. The difference is that it can be used in various well diameters by changing different bearing sleeves. By changing a same bearing sleeve can also extend the using life of stabilizer.
