INTRODUCTION

3Wire RS2LAN is a Advanced Industrial Grade Serial Device Server with Modbus Gateway features (converts Modbus RTU to Modbus TCP). It enables hosts to control RS**2 / **5 /**2 serial devices located virtually anywhere through a TCP/IP or UDP/IP connection.

It connects serial devices such as PLC, DPM, alarm sensor and PTZ camera control to IP networks. Applications include Industrial/Factory Automation, AMR, Energy Management and Surveillance Systems.

RS2LAN can operate as Modbus TCP Master, Modbus TCP Slave, Paired Mode, Bridge Mode with the data connection thru direct IP or Virtual COM.

Serial port interface for RS**2 / **5 / **2; terminal block for RS**5 & RS**2 and DB9 for RS**2 Upto **6 slaves connected on RS**5 / **2 bus
