Iron ore Vibrating screen structure:

It mainly consists of screen box, vibration exciter, suspension (or support) device, and motor. Through the V-belt, the motor drives the vibration exciter shaft rotate. Due to the centrifugal inertia force caused by unbalanced weight, the screen box vibrates. Varied vibration amplitude can be achieved by adjusting the vibrator’s eccentric weight.
