Product Description

Raw materials:
High-quality cement, high-silica quartz sand (as cementitious materials), and imported virgin pulp fibers (as reinforcing materials)

Production flow:
Accurate mixing, forming by beater addition process, and PRESSING for a SHORTER time than high density sheets, high pressure/high temperature autoclave curing.

Charateristics:
Density of about 1.*5g/cm3, of LIGHTER WEIGHT and LOWER COSTS than normal Conch high density sheets.
Environmental protection, fire protection & flame retardation, water resistance and mositure protection, thermal insulation, corrosion prevention and moth-proofing, sound insulation and absportion, shock resistance, light weight and high strength, simple construction, and with no hazardous substances such as asbestos and formaldehyde.

The boards can be used directly as exterior wall claddings, curtains, protections or plain decoration after simple processing.

Formed with thermal insulation and finish materials, high density boards can be used as decorative thermal insulation exterior walls.


Interior Wall Systems:

The boards can be used to decorate bedrooms, kitchens, TV walls.They can be easily processed for surface decoration, like metal and stone-imitation finishes.


Floor Systems:

The boards of thickness up to *0mm, are lightweight, durable and with high strength, and can be used in light steel villas, container houses, floor plates, LOFT interlayers, stairs and other floor systems.


Post-Processing:

Densified by a ****0 ton press, the boards are smoother and stronger, of which the water adsorption reduces.They can be used as decorative thermal insulation sheets, particularly for exterior wall post-processing systems.


Other Applications:

The boards can also be used for billboards, fire protection of pipes, interior walls of metros and tunnels, decoration of pipes shafts, cladding of cable lines and other fields.
