[Method of Production]
The products made by isoprene monomer uses technology of Du Pont which our company specific.

Production Processes： Preparation and polymerization of the catalyst which uses technology of Du Pont, Remove residue of catalysts, dewatering and drying and Molding packaging.

[Application Scope]
The products are widely applied to make automobile tyres, rubber footwear, hoses, tapes, insulating layer and sheath, damping materials and other general rubber products.

[Usage]
Basically, our products can replace NR and SR entirely, mix well in Banbury mixer, then the process is performed.

Banbury mixer(fused together with other rubber)——(Roll mixer)——Mixing Of Rubber Compounds——Process Shaping ——Vulcanization
Notice: The products must fused together with other rubber, then the process is performed.

[Usage]
The customer's original formula except natural rubber proportion by the following adjustment and other formula remain unchanged.
1、Isoprene rubber can replace natural rubber about ****0% to produce various types of car, motorcycle and bicycle.
2、Natural rubber can be replaced by Isoprene rubber entirely to produce electrical wiring and cables, hoses, bridge rubber, sports shoe soles.
3、It can replace natural rubber about ****0% to produce conveying belts.
4、It can replace about *0% to produce foxing strip of vulcanized shoes and completely substituted NR to produce sole of vulcanized shoes.
5、It can replace natural rubber about ****0% to produce butyl rubber, EPDM rubber and produce inner tube of car, motorcycle and bicycle.
6、Characteristic of products: great tiller density, fine ductile, ageing resistance and flame-resisting, were far superior to others which from Russia, Japan, Mauming.
7、The product is a white granulated, above several characteristics was better than others from market. The Southeast Asia, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, including Chinese Mainland production of natural rubber and synthetic rubber is inflammables, our company supply the flame-resisting super Isoprene rubber only.
