Product Description

Jaw Crushers are extensively applied in Mining, Metallurgy, Building materials, Chemical, Coal Industry, etc. It has simple structure and various models. Jaw crusher is mainly applied to primary crusher (crushing various materials whose Mohs rigidity below grade 7). PE Series are used to coarse and medium crushing. PEX Series are used to fine crushing. It can crush many ores, for example, troilite, phosphorite, barite, celestite, calcium carbide, coke, limestone, and so on. However jaw crusher is unsuitable to flake ore. During the process of production, we'd better set the control device on feeding speed, beforehand sieving and check-up to make output grain size evenly and decrease the fine powder and then increase the product quality. Jaw Crusher are made of Frame, Moveable Jaw Bracket, Fixed Jaw Bracket, Eccentric Shaft, Bracket, Lining of Bracket; Sideward Fender Apron; Adjusting Spring, Engine and other spare parts. Work principle: Engine drive the movement of eccentric shaft by transportation of triangle belt and then makes moveable jaw bracket to move in an adjusted track and crush the materials in the crushing chamber finally.
