Characteristics:

Cooling System

• Cooling system uses large capacity radiator pipe band, optimized cooling channels to further improve the cooling capacity of the vehicle, ensuring the reliable operation of the engine

 

Hydraulic system

• The hydraulic system adopts multi-way valve and Shimadzu gear pump, soft and hard tubes are reasonably distributed, which can largely reduce the diesel pressure, improve the lifting, lowering and tilting of the mast. Hydraulic cylinder adopts Japanese "NOK" seals, after a million times of fatigue test, to better ensure the sealing performance and make the vehicle more secure, stable and reliable.

 

Transmission

• Transmission system introduces brands like ZHONGNAN,SHAOCHI with Japanese technology and so on. Drive axle is equipped with ANQING Axle, HUACHEN machinery and other brands, with mature performance, reliable quality.

 

Electrical System

• Electrical system adopts wirings and waterproof connectors of the latest technology, multi-channel fuse layout, ensures the security and stability of the circuit system. The entire circuit system adopts integration board design, easy to repair and maintain.

 

Mast

• Mast designed with wide view, high sensitivity of operation and smooth starting, flexible steering and a tight turning radius, ensures the vehicle working in a controllable, flexible, light and efficient condition. Lifting cylinders are equipped with cushioning devices, piping systems are designed with security settings, mast and cargos are under control even if the pipeline breaks. Safety tests before shipment ensure the security of machine.
