Dear Sir 
 
We are looking for clients for jet fuel (jet fuel A1 originating from Russia and the Netherlands) with empty shore tanks in Rotterdam. Before providing ISPO and POF, we ask interested clients to provide us with a TSA in Rotterdam, if buyers have TSA with any tank farm seller will ask them for TTAC (Tank Terminal Access Code) and HN (Hub Number)  for pumping product.
 
Price is : *6 / *4 from NWE Platts,
Quantity: 2 — *0 million barrels 
1 usd comission is already closed.

Procedure 
1. Buyer issues ICPO containing the Buyers Banking details, Company Registration Certificate and data page of buyers Passport.
2. Seller issues FCO with Seller Working Procedures, for available product in the Sellers Tank Storage. 
3. Buyer returns signed FCO together with Bank to Bank POF.
4. Seller issues CI and Buyer returns signed CI along with TSR/TSA or Charter Party Agreement/Q*8.
5. Seller issues SPA and returns signed SPA along with the NCNDA/IMFPA.
6. Seller issues the following reports:
a) Q&Q Report
b) Injection Report.
c) Unconditional Dip test authorization Letter (DTA)
d) Authorisation to sell.
e) Fresh Updates SGS Report.
f) Authorisation to verify physical the product in the Sellers tank (ATV).
7. Seller injection masters /company commences with the injection of the product. 
8. Buyer makes the payment for the total value of the product injected into the tanks/vessel through the means of MT***-TT.
9. Upon the completion of the injection seller issues DTA + ATV to Buyer, Buyer Inspects product with SGS Agent.
*0.Upon satisfactory completion of the SGS Inspection, Seller transfers Title of the Product to the Buyer.
*1. Seller makes payments to intermediaries according to signed NCNDA/IMFPA. Subsequent shipments continue as per terms and conditions of the sales and purchase contract between buyer and seller.
 
Please be informed my the ICPO must be issued directing to the seller, the name of the seller will be provided after the seller have confirmed your TSA. please make sure to confirm your TSA and the Tank storage firm before sending to us, and we can also propose a meeting at the with buyers representative in the seller's tank storage facility in Rotterdam.
