Universal joints are counted amongst the group of basic assortment of spare parts offered by KAMOKA. They are offered for drive systems of European, American and Asian cars, in assortment of both internal and external joints.
A distinguishing feature is equipping the joint with full assembly set: including screws and nuts or nut for the hub mounting, dust cap, compression rings and grease.
In accordance with the requirements of producers concerning the shape, kind of material and technological process, drive hinges are made of non-alloy and alloy steels suitable for thermal improvement. High quality of hinges results from carefully prepared treatment process to forging through machining and induction hardening and finally grinding. The induction hardening process is based on individual selection of the shape of inductors, frequency and voltage of the electric current which depends on the thickness of improved layer and appropriate force expressed by ratio of inductor’s strength to the currently heated area.
