FOB ROTTERDAM/DIP AND PAY TERM & TRANSACTION PROCEDURES
 
1. Buyer Issue and provide an official ICPO + CP.

Seller Provide C.I, TSR + Q&Q alongside Co-ordinate of the product Quantity in Tank, ready and available in Rotterdam Port) And authorization to Verify the Tank is for the Buyer to Call to the Tank Farm or email to the Tank farm for Verification of the product as per you are not yet the title allocation holder of the product stored in Tank. Seller issue Buyer ATV that allows the Buyer or his agent to speak to the tank supervisor in person in 24 hours.
3. Buyer Sign and Return C.I together with TSA or tank farm confirmation letter. Please note that such letter must show the binding between the storage tank provider and buyer himself in formal way, and allows the seller to verify indeed.within 48 Hours if everything is confirmed and Okay by the Buyer.
4. Upon Seller Confirm and Approve the Buyer tank farm and TSA, Buyer provide TSR or "TANK AVAILABILITY PROOF LETTER" to replace captioned TSR, as per required in the procedure within 48 Hours to the Seller. This should contain the equivalent information as a TSR and buyer should issue an ATV on this document
5. Seller Issue Buyer ATS, DTA + SGS, and dip test shall be done in Sellers tank at Buyers cost.
6. After successful dip test, Buyer immediately removes the product, and Pay Seller with MT103.
7. Sellers Pays commissions to the consultants involved according to IMFPA signed between all
parties
