KadKam CoCr dental chrome cobalt blank for open CAD/CAM system

Product Description

Kadkam Cocr is a non-precious chrome cobalt alloy milling block containing no nickel or beryllium, which is widely used as a cast partial denture alloy, suitable for porcelain fused to metal restoration and screw retained implants. The Kadkam Cocr block have good thermal shock resistance and high corrosion resistance, mill blank without carbon with excellent milling properties, with improved thermal conductivity characteristics and reduced hardness for a longer milling cutter service life, the microstructure is very homogeneous and can be used also for laser welding.

1. Test medium and conditions: Volume fraction of 1% HCI solution, the temperature is constant at *7°C, *2 hours total immersion corrosion test.

2. Test result: in the solution after corrosion, residual solution of 1%HCL solution has no discoloration, alloy quality unchanged before and after corrosion test.
