Structural features:

KCB***0 gear pump is mainly composed of gear, shaft, pump body, protection valve, shaft end seal (special requirements, can choose magnetic drive, zero leakage structure).The gear has higher hardness and strength after heat treatment and is installed with the shaft in the replaceable shaft sleeve for operation.KCB gear pump in all parts of the lubrication are used in the pump when the output medium and automatic.

KCB gear pump has a reasonable design of oil drainage and return groove, is the gear in the work of less torque force, so the bearing load is small, small wear, high efficiency pump.

KCB***0 gear pump is provided with protection valve as overload protection, the total backflow pressure of the protection valve is 1.5 times of the rated discharge pressure of the pump, but also can be adjusted according to the actual needs within the allowed discharge pressure range.However, it should be noted that the protection valve cannot be used for long-term work of the pressure-reducing valve. It can be installed separately on the pipeline when necessary.
