Premium Kenyan AA green Arabica coffee sourced from carefully selected cooperative lots in Nyeri and Kirinyaga counties, Central Highlands (altitude 1 **0 1 **0 m). Farms sit on deep, red-volcanic soils and benefit from equatorial sunshine tempered by cool nights, producing slow-maturing cherries packed with complex sugars and acids.
  Cultivar & Processing  

• Varieties: SL*8 & SL*4 (traditional Kenyan Bourbon selections renowned for black-currant notes).
• Harvest Calendar: Main crop OctJan; Fly crop MayJul.
• Process: Fully washed — hand-picked red cherries, pulped within 6 h, fermented ***8 h, channel-washed, then soaked in clean water *4 h for cup clarity.
• Drying: Sun-dried on raised African beds ***2 days to *0.5 *1.5 % moisture, then conditioned in parchment for *6 weeks before milling.
• Grading: Triple hand-sorted to Grade AA (screen *8 + / 7.2 mm). Defects ≤ 5 primary per **0 g; zero full-sour.
