Kiln shell infrared scanning system (Kiln Scanner) is an infrared line scanner system, purposely designed for monitoring temperature from *0 to *0 lines in the view of *****0 degrees. The 3D simulation of temperature distribution will be output in the surface of kiln shell scanner in every kiln's cycle. The system continuously check and monitor the surface temperature, indirectly master the stove and skin situation to make manufacturers take efficient measures, in order to prevent the damage of kiln lining and carcass, improve the rotary kiln's running rate, realize economic operation of rotary kiln, to prolong the safe operation cycle.

 
System components:
The system consists of scanner head, power&signal control box, synchrony sensor, PC computer& printer, kiln scanning software and other relative parts.

Application:
cement rotary kiln, alumina furnace,lime furnace, pelleting furnace ,chemical fertilizer furnace, the producing line of glass and steel.
