Materials
1) Rings: Bearing steel,*0Mn is usually used.
2) Rolling element: It is made of chrome steel GCr*5 or
GCr*5SiMn.
3) Seal: It is usually made of NBR,iron or other thing which meet
the capability.
4) Hardness: Normalizing hardness of the rings is **7HB***1HB,
quench & temper hardness is **9HB***9HB, hardness of the
raceway after quenching is *5HRC**2HRC.
5) Application: Komatsu series excavator after-market
parts.
