Konjac tofu making method:
List of ingredients:
konjc powder(*0g)+ soda powder(5g)+Water(***0g****0g)=(***0g****0g) konjac tofu
 
1)add 5g soda into cold water(**0g***0g) to dissolve fully
 
2)put konjac powder into the pot together with water,and then stirring without stopping.place pot on the fire to cook.during the whole making konjac tofu,the stirring can not stop until the pot start to boiling.before boiling,please use big fire,after boiling,please use small or middle fire,but please keep the pot boiling.
3)Keep the small or middle fire to cook for about *5 minutes,of course,please don’t stop stirring until the konjac powder puff fully
 
4)This one step is very important,that is to add soda water,you need pour soda water into pot slowly,but the stirring must be more fast.first pour a little soda water into pot,and then stirring,don’t pour all soda water into pot just one time,please pour them for few times.when the colour of the liquor in the pot start to become darker,and two or three minutes later,the liquor become thicker,finally the konjac tofu will become caky ,please stop stirring and turn off the fire.
 
 

5)after twenty minutes,the konjac tofu is ready,but at this time,the konjac tofu is very soft and tender,and also alkaline smell is a little bit heavy.so you should cut the tofu in few pieces,and then put them in boiled water to cook for few minutes in order to get rid of the alkaline smell,and you can pour some vinegar.

 
Remark:if you did not control the duration and degree of heating very well,the konjac tofu is not caky very good,Don’t worry,you can keep on  heating them for about ten minutes.
