Ladder type dry mortar product line :
The lader type dry mix mortar production line layout is between tower type and horizontal type dry mortar production line . The raw material tank and finished product tank all arrange around the mixing machine , reducing the material transportation distance effectively .
1、The raw material sand measuring scale is above the good , the dry sand makes into measuring scale to measure , then be hoisted to pre-mixed hopper by bucket elevator .
2、The powder material (such as cement , thickening powder) is conveyed to measuring scale above mixing machine to measure by screw conveyor .
3、After mixing of last batch , the dry sand of pre-mixed hopper and the raw material of measuring scale are discharged into the mixing machine , then start to mix .
4、The finished dry mortar falls into the finished product hopper below mixing machine , then flow into finished product truck loading system , packaging system and finished product silo by splitter.
Advantages : the cost is less than tower type dry mortar production line , with low height , compact structure , easy to maintain . And now it is the most common type of dry mortar mixing plant .
Disadvantages : with many processes of material transportation , high equipment failure rate.
