Laminated glass is manufactured by bonding together two or more layers of high quality float glass under heat and pressure using an interlayer of polyvinyl butyral (PVB). 

Laminated glass is safety glass produced by inserting PVB film between two or more layers glass. Then, press them together with high temperature and high pressure. It provides a high level of security for the building.

Product Features

     1) Security: When broken by attack, the glass fragments is strongly laminated by the PVB film, it provides the protection for surrounding personnel.

   2) Sound Insulation: PVB film is a kind of organic material, which can block sound waves. Compared with the same thickness of pure glass, laminated glass could offer better effect of sound insulation.

3) Anti-Ultraviolet: Most laminated glass could absorb *9% ultraviolet. It protects the furniture or appliances from discoloring and damage.
