HDPE large diameter gas/water supply pipe production line is
the new type of pipe production line developed by Gangzheng company
through absorbing advanced technology, suitable for high-speed pipe
extrusion of PE, PP, PB, PERT, ABS and other raw materials. The

High speed and efficiency single screw
extruder is especially designed for PE materials, equipped with
low noise fan and high speed hard gear reducer. Oil cooling
system with a special grooved feeding bush improves compression,
increasing the filling, thereby increasing the amount of
extrusion. Specialized screw designs with the characteristics of
high-output and low melting temperature can create good
plasticizing effect and energy-saving effect.
Spiral shunt extrusion die is specially
designed for PE extrusion, unique low-pressure flow-type spiral
or blue mold design ensures low temperature and high plasticizing
PE pipe extrusion, a specially designed die core spiral
temperature control to ensure the good performance of PE pipe;
for different materials, multi-layer co-extrusion die with layer
structure has the characteristics of low cost and low elasticity.
The mold is easily adjusted and even extrudes, which ensures that
melting pressure and flow uniformity, and the smooth performance
of pipe.
Identification line: pipe identification line
is extruded by a small single-screw extruder through the
composite extrusion die.
Vacuum calibration water tank: it is
equipped with a two-stage vacuum system (for large diameter
pipe), advanced water recycle, high pressure cooling system,
vacuum degree adjustment device and accurate water temperature
control system. Accurate sizing sleeve with bronze pipe can make
the cooling speed and forming speed more quickly. Its material is
stainless steel.
Spray cooling water tank: the long cooling unit
ensures high efficiency cooling effect, and the unique pipe line
design shortens cooling length. Its material is stainless
steel.
Tractor: Special integral transmission unit avoids
asynchrony of individual transmission; different control methods
to ensure a flexible and accurate orientation, accurate pressure
regulating system can adjust traction. The device has a unique
and flexible operational structure; inverter motor can be
adjusted by the traction speed.
Cutting machine: cutting machine hydraulic
design ensures flexible pressure in cutting, saw cutting depth of
the location and flexible adjustment. Unique power system
ensures high reliability of planetary cutting. Low noise strong
suction system and a unique chip-free cutting unit ensure to cut
*6mm***5mm pipe without chip.
Control system: the line adopts one of the
most advanced control system of plastic machine *****- PLC
control system, which ensures high quality extrusion. PLC control
system ensures high-speed extrusion and high-precision, flexible
control networking functions. Intelligent control make the line
is very easy to operate.
