 After-sales Service:

 1. Training for Installation: 

 A. We will supply the machine with training video and user's manual in English for installing, operation, maintenance and trouble-shooting, and shall give technical guide by e-mail, fax, telephone/MSN/ICQ/Skype and so on, when you meet some problems of installation, using or adjusting. (Recommended) 

 B. You can come to our factory for training. We will offer professional guide. Direct and effective face-to-face training. Here we have assembled equipments, all sorts of tools and testing facility. Training Time: 3~5 days  (Recommended) 

 C. Our engineer will do a door-to-door instruction training service at your local site. We need your help to deal with the visa formality, prepaid traveling expenses and accommodation to us during the business trip and service period before their dispatch. It's better to arrange a translator for both of our engineers during the training period. Training Time: 5~7 days       
 2. Remark:  

The charge of air ticket, accommodation expenses in your country will burden by your side.                                                                   
 3.The main training contents as follows:                                                                                                                                                               

A. Machine operating procedures training;

 B. Panel and the significance of control parameters, the parameter range of options;                                                                               C. The machine basic cleaning and maintenance;training and maintenance;                                                                                             D. Common hardware failure treatment;

 E. Some problem of Operation should pay attention 
 F. In addition we also provide products processing technical support.                                                                                                          After machine installation and testing proper functioning, provide technical training no less than two days until the Customer's operator reaches the normal use of the device so far. 

Guarantee of Quality

The guarantee period of quality shall be *2 months counting from the date on which the commodity arrives at the port of destination. Except the damage artificially, we are responsible for offering the fittings free of charge during the guarantee period, but you must send the damaged fittings to us by courier with your charge before we send back the alternative fittings to you. After the guarantee of quality period, the parts required to repair or change, if any, shall be paid.
