DESCRIPTION OF INSTRUMENTS:

1. Instrument: Bank Guarantee (BG)/SBLC (Appendix A)

2. Total Face Value: Euro .5 M MIN and Euro *0B MAX (Fifty Billion USD)

3. Issuing Bank: HSBC London/Hong Kong

4. Age: One Year, One Day (extendable allowed)

5. Leasing Price: 6% of Face Value plus 2% commission fees to brokers to be shared *0/*0 between the brokers on both lessor/lessee side

6. Delivery SWIFT TO SWIFT

7. Payment: Wire Transfer

8. Hard Copy: Bonded Courier within three banking days

Note: - The monetization/ credit sanction / discounting of the financial instrument is not included in this service, and the same is followed for worldwide transactions. This is solely because; the beneficiary should be capable enough to having established a good relationship with his bankers, where Issuer has no part to play. 

However, for special cases, the discounting arrangement can be provided from either banking or private investors / Investment banking firms, with additional charges. The charges depend on the amount of the instrument.
